Spaghetti with Ahi Tuna, Basil and Lemon

Servings 4

1 pound Spaghetti
2 Ahi Tuna Steaks
1/4 cup Fresh Chopped up Basil
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Zest from a lemon
4 cloves of garlic finely minced
1/2 Cup chopped up green onion
2 to 3 dashes Cayenne Pepper
2 to 3 dashes Salt and Pepper
Fresh Parmesan Cheese

So start, cook pasta, Drain and set aside. In LARGE skillet, heat olive oil and add garlic and green onions. Cook for about 2 minutes. (Be careful Garlic does not burn). Cut up tuna steaks into about 1 inch pieces. Add lemon and lemon zest to the skillet. Cook about another 2 minutes. Add tuna and cook for about 1 minute. Add the pasta, salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss together well until Pasta is heated. Add the basil and toss. When serving, Add a generous amount of parmesan cheese to each persons serving. THIS IS SO GOOD, The lemon and garlic flavors are my favorites šŸ™‚
