Quick Chicken Fajitas
8 Flour tortillas (2 per person)
2 Cups of all of the following:
Whole Kernal Corn
Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
Cut chicken into strips. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil add chicken, taco seasoning and a couple of pinches of salt and pepper, Mix all together. Cook until done. (About 7 minutes).
Place flour tortillas in foil and place in oven at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes OR microwave for 1 minute. Place 2 tortilla shells on each of the 4 plates. Place all the toppings listed above in the center of the table. Let each person go town making the wrap however they like :-). 2 is usually a perfect serving amount per person!
