Grilled Swordfish with lemon, lime and basil
In a shallow dish, combine Olive oil, juices of 2 lemons and 2 limes, 1/4 cup of basil. Coat each side of Swordfish with this mixture. Place on a hot grill and cook 5 minutes on each side. (You can cook a little less or more depending on how big your steaks are). When finished, add a pinch of salt and pepper to each steak.
Hint: I served this with asparagus Risotto……AMAZING!
